1. Fill a clean pump-up sprayer with 1.5 (one and a half) gallons of water
2. Shake bottle of BarkBrite well for at least 30 seconds
3. Pour contents of bottle into sprayer making sure to remove all contents from bottle
4. Cap sprayer and continue to shake sprayer for at least 30 seconds
5. Apply evenly keeping the wand 3-6 inches from mulch and avoid spraying on concrete
6. Make sure mulch is dry before application and allow at least 6 hours drying time afterward
